How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Pre-order products

Will it be cheaper if I pre-order sooner?

Yes! Pre-order prices can fluctuate because manufacturers and distributors often offer early discounts when an item is first announced. These discounts are passed on to you, meaning the earlier you secure your pre-order, the better the price you’re likely to get. As the release date gets closer, prices may rise once early allocations are sold out. Rest assured, once you place your pre-order, your price is locked in — even if prices go up later.

Why did the price of a pre-order item change after I ordered?

Pre-order prices can change over time because manufacturers and distributors adjust availability and discounts as release dates get closer. However, don’t worry — the price you locked in when you placed your pre-order will not change. Even if the listed price goes up later, you’ll still pay the original amount agreed when you ordered.

Do I pay the full price upfront for pre-orders?

You can either pay a deposit or full price to secure your pre-order.

What if I only paid for the deposit?

If you paid a deposit only, we’ll email you a secure payment link or invoice once your pre-order is ready to ship.

When is the remaining balance due?

You’ll have 14 days to complete the payment. If payment isn’t received within this period, your order will be cancelled, the item will be released for sale, and your deposit will not be refunded.

How long does it take for pre-order products to arrive?

Shipping times can vary — in some cases it may take a few weeks, but in some situations it can be up to 2–3 months depending on the supplier and shipping schedule. Please note that release dates are provided by the supplier and may change. Please refer to the product's page to see the estimated arrival date. If there is a significant delay, we'll let you know to decide if you want to cancel the order and arrange for a refund.

How will I know when my pre-order ships?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel a pre-order and get my deposit back?

Unfortunately, deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable. Pre-order items are specially reserved for you and ordered directly from our suppliers, so once we place the order on your behalf, we’re unable to cancel it. Please double-check the product details and release date before placing your pre-order to ensure it’s the right choice for you.

The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or is incorrect — in that case, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

What if a pre-order item becomes unavailable?

If your item becomes unavailable or experiences a significant delay, we’ll contact you directly and offer a full refund if we’re unable to fulfil your order within a reasonable timeframe.

What if there is no pre-order deadline listed?

If no pre-order deadline is shown, the product is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability from our supplier. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid missing out, as availability can change at any time.

Back-order products

Are the policies the same as the pre-order products?

In general, yes - you can either place your order by deposit or full price. Since back-order items are specifically ordered for you, it is not refundable unless the item arrives damaged or wrong.

Will back-order products arrive sooner?

Yes. We place your order directly with our supplier, and since back-order items are already released, they are usually shipped within a few days. In most cases, they arrive in the UK within 1–3 weeks, but this can vary depending on the supplier’s dispatch schedule, international transit times, and customs clearance. Once the items reach our warehouse, we will ship them to you promptly.

Cancellation & return

Can I return a product after it’s been delivered?

For in-stock product, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For pre-order or back-order products, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, just contact us with your order number and reason for return.
