Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AniGoods! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy outlines how returns, cancellations, and refunds work for both regular and pre-order items.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalised items
- Pre-order or back-order items (unless defective or wrong items)
- Opened sealed products (e.g., collectibles)
- Gift cards
These restrictions will be clearly noted on product pages where applicable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately at info@anigoods.co.uk if your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
In-stock orders
You have the right to cancel your online order for in-stock products within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- You must notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery
- The item is not a pre-order or back-order product
After we confirm your return, we’ll issue a full refund, including the standard delivery fee (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Pre-Orders
Can I cancel a pre-order?
You may cancel a pre-order any time before the pre-order deadline (if stated) listed on the product page. In this case, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
After the deadline, we begin placing non-refundable supplier orders based on confirmed pre-orders. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed after the deadline, regardless of when your order was placed.
For pre-order products without a deadline, we order the products from our supplier shortly you place the pre-order. As they are a special request item we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the item arrives damaged or wrong. By placing a pre-order you accept that the item cannot be returned unless agreed by us.
What if my pre-order item becomes unavailable?
If your item becomes unavailable or experiences a significant delay, we’ll contact you and offer a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your pre-order within a reasonable timeframe.
Back-Orders
Can I cancel a back-order?
Since we don’t currently hold stock of back-order products, we specially order them based on your request from our supplier. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or returns on these items unless they arrive defective or wrong.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
