Thank you for shopping at AniGoods! This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be dispatched and delivered.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following parts of the United Kingdom:

• England
• Scotland (including Highlands and Islands)
• Wales

We do not currently deliver to: Northern Ireland, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, PO Boxes. This is due to logistical limitations and potential surcharges for remote or non-mainland destinations. We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Time

• In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Order Shipping

If your order includes pre-order items, these will ship once the item becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page.

If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the full order may be held until everything is ready.
To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
